Yinghuade’s eyelet machines (also called grommet machines) are critical precision devices in glass lid production, engineered to enhance the structural integrity and functional longevity of glass lids with integrated handles. As a core component of modern lid production lines, our equipment delivers consistent, high-performance results that underpin the quality of every glass lid manufactured.

Operating on the principle of pneumatic stamping and cold riveting, the machine automates the installation of metal eyelets in tempered glass lids. The process begins with precise alignment of the glass lid’s handle mounting hole to the machine’s die, followed by automatic feeding of a metal eyelet. Driven by a high-force pneumatic system, the punch applies controlled, high-speed pressure to curl the eyelet’s bottom edge inward, creating a mechanical interlock with the glass substrate. This permanent, stress-distributing bond eliminates the risk of crack propagation at the handle hole.
Hole Reinforcement: Encapsulates fragile glass hole edges to dissipate handle-induced stress, preventing catastrophic failure in daily use.
Handle Securement: Provides a rigid, load-bearing interface for handle attachment, ensuring long-term stability even with repeated thermal cycling and mechanical stress.
Production Efficiency: Integrates punching and riveting into a single, automated cycle, reducing labor costs and enabling high-throughput lid production.
